Style and Colour: Lambic-style beer aged for at least a year in oak barrels.

Taste: Acidic with a subtle touch of oak.

Alcohol: 7.5 % ABV

Drinking Temperature: 6 - 8 °C  

Fermentation: Wild fermentation. The best barrels of provision beer are selected to produce the Old Provision. The beer is aged for at least a year in oak barrels.

The Brewery: Brewery De Ranke has been founded in 1930.

Food: Excellent tasting beer as an aperitif.
