Boundry Breaking Beer
A very provocative beer that certainly breaks the mold and explores new boundaries. The lambic is well expressed and in many ways does seem to complement the stout. The body and finish definitely feel more like a lambic than stout and the more fruit-forward citrus acidity is puzzling. The important thing is that it's an enjoyable beer!
