The Brewery: Brasserie des Légendes is an eco-responsible brewery in Irchonwelz, Wallonia, Belgium. The brewery was founded in the heart of Belgium, in a medieval castle dating from 1161. The brewery grows its own barley on the family fields of the Domaine Beauregar.
Food: Ideal as an aperitif.
Origin: Its name refers to the witch Quintine, who lived in Ellezelles in Belgium and was burned at the stake in 1610.
