Fermentation: Maturation in oak barrels for 18 months gives this beer pleasant sweet and sour flavours.
The Brewery: The Vanuxeem Brewery took over the Gillebert brewery in 1906 in Ploegsteert, Belgium
Origin: The name "Queue de Charrue" is the translation of the place Ploegsteert where the brewery is located, and means plough tail.
Food: Excellent with foie gras, pork or pastries.
