The Brewery: Founded in 1997 in Lyon (France). Sustainable and responsible approach by working on the recovery of spent grain (for animal feed) and the creation of a local hop and malt supply chain.
Food: Particularly appreciated with foie gras, charcuterie, blue-veined cheeses and caramelised desserts.
