Style and Colour: Amber beer
Taste: The first taste is full and well malted, followed by greedy notes of caramel and roasted almonds, with a fruity finish.
Alcohol: 6.5 % ABV
Drinking Temperature: 5 °C
Fermentation: High fermentation. An amber beer made from a blend of 3 malts and several hops, including Strisselpalt from Alsace, with very aromatic floral notes and a unique spicy bouquet. Gluten-free: thanks to an entirely natural process, gluten is transformed into smaller, perfectly digestible proteins. In contrast to industrial breweries, the maturation period is longer than 4 weeks. This maturation stage is a key step in refining the beer, developing fine and subtle aromas and obtaining a perfect balance.
The Brewery: In 1999, Sylvain Chiron relaunched the "Bière du Mont-Blanc", which had been established in Haute Savoie since 1830, attracted by the quality of the water, for the production, and the proximity of the glaciers, for the conservation.
Origin: At the end of the 19th century, 8 breweries were established in the heart of the Alps, attracted by the quality of the water for production and the proximity of the glaciers for conservation.
Food: Particularly appreciated as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to cold meats, roasted meats and smoked fish.
