Style and Colour: Light IPA beer.
Taste: A very floral and citrusy nose, followed by an equally floral first taste, and a well-balanced body.
Alcohol: 4.7 % ABV
Drinking Temperature: 3 °C
Fermentation: High fermentation. Dry hopping. Cristal IPA uses aromatic hops (Saaz) and several hops from the United States for their floral and citrus flavours. Gluten-free: thanks to an entirely natural process, the gluten is transformed into smaller, perfectly digestible proteins.
The Brewery: In 1999, Sylvain Chiron relaunched the "Bière du Mont-Blanc", which had been established in Haute Savoie since 1830, attracted by the quality of the water, for the production, and the proximity of the glaciers, for the conservation.
Origin: At the end of the 19th century, 8 breweries were established in the heart of the Alps, attracted by the quality of the water for production and the proximity of the glaciers for conservation.
Food: It goes well with spicy food.
