The Brewery: The Lindemans family has brewed since 1822, in Vlezenbeek, South-west of Brussels.
Origin: The Toots brewery is named after one of Belgium's greatest artists "Toots Thielemans". Goyck refers to the old spelling of the name of the beautiful village, Gooik... a village and a beer of which Pajottenland is proud!
Food: Excellent as an aperitif. Perfect with veal, chicken, fish, salmon toast, mussels and sweet blue cheese.
World Beer Awards: Best Sour in 2022 and bronze medal in 2023.
