Flavour: Light acidity and distinctive fruity aromas
Alcohol: 6.7 % ABV
Tasting temperature: 8 - 10 ° C
Fermentation: A wild IPA aged for two years in oak barrels. Secondary fermentation by wild yeasts and bacteria and extended cellaring allow the development of light acidity and distinctive fruity aromas. Can be cellared for an extended period for a progressively drier and more complex product.
The Brewery: La Cave Microbrasserie was founded by Yann Zosso in 2017 and is located in the shallows of an old building typical of the Geneva region. Each brew is unique and limited. The recipes, carefully prepared by the master brewer, change according to his thirst and that of his guests.
Yann Zosso is the Swiss beer sommelier vice champion in 2023.
