Fermentation: IPA beer refermented in the bottle. Dry hopping.
The Brewery: La Cave Microbrasserie was founded by Yann Zosso in 2017 and is located in the shallows of an old building typical of the Geneva region. Each brew is unique and limited. The recipes, carefully prepared by the master brewer, change according to his thirst and that of his guests.
Yann Zosso is the Swiss beer sommelier vice champion in 2023.
Cooking: Goes well with spicy food.
