Taste: Slightly acidic, with nice fruit notes in the finish.

Fermentation: Blend of different beers of mixed fermentation aged in barrels between 1 and 3 years, macerated with luiset apricots, demeter nectarines, isabelle grapes and passion fruit. It undergoes refermentation in the bottle.
The Brewery: Brewery L'Apaisée founded in 2015 in Geneva by Xavier Righetti. Making beer is also a way to return to a more manual and less stressful activity, away from computer screens. The name L'Apaisée (meaning "relaxed") had it all.
Food: Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany a dessert.
