Fermentation: Unique blend of several vintages, of different lambics of different ages. Lambic is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria. Refermented in the bottle and can be stored up to 20 years
The Brewery: Collaboration between 11 brewers (Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Den Herberg, Hanssens, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel, Tilquin et Timmermans)
Origin: On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the brewers' association and the 14th Toer de Geuze, the members of HORAL have created the HORAL Megablend 2022. This is the 8th Megablend in a row. The 11 members (Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Den Herberg, Hanssens, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel, Tilquin and Timmermans) contributed with a quantity of lambic. 29,300 bottles were filled.
Food: Pairs wonderfully with mussels, crab, asparagus, duck, eggs and waffles.
