The Brewery: The Grand Mir organic microbrewery is located in Lesdain, Belgium. Founded by Philippe Vandamme. In the centre of the nurseries, fields of roses and strawberries that characterise the beautiful village of Lesdain.
Origin: The owner of the place was once called Casimir and was very tall. Hence the name Grand Mir (Big Mir).
Food: Very pleasant as a digestive after a meal.
