Style and Colour: Pinot noir beer
Taste: Like a slightly sparkling natural red wine.
Alcohol: 8.2% ABV
Drinking Temperature: 6 - 8 ° C
Fermentation: Blend of pinot noir from Geneva after a 2 week carbonic maceration and 24 and 8 month old saison beers in which pinot noir grapes have been macerated. It undergoes a refermentation in the bottle.
The Brewery: Brasserie Chien Bleu was founded in 2016 in Geneva by Julien Manetti, then a medical student, who wanted to create surprising beers that combined tradition and modernity.
Food: Excellent as an aperitif.
