The Brewery: Brasserie des Légendes is an eco-responsible brewery in Irchonwelz, Wallonia, Belgium. The brewery was founded in the heart of Belgium, in a medieval castle dating from 1161. The brewery grows its own barley on the family fields of the Domaine Beauregar.
Food: Ideal as an aperitif.
Origin: Bière des Amis, a top-fermented lager, has to wait patiently for a few weeks before the second fermentation in the bottle gives it its natural sparkle and extracts all its aromas. Quality needs time, and so does friendship...
