Style and colour: Mixed fermentation beer matured in barrels, in which red grapes from Romandie (Cabernet Jura and Diolinoir grape from Lavaux) have macerated.
Flavour: Aromas of red fruit and cherry give way to an intense grape taste. The acidity of the beer subtly compliments the grape tannins.
Alcohol: 8.1% ABV
Consumption temperature: 12° - 14 C (don't drink too cold to appreciate all the flavors)
Fermentation: Blend of the basic beer of A Tue Tête matured for one year in barrels, in which red grapes from French-speaking Switzerland (Cabernet Jura and Diolinoir) were macerated for a further four months. This beer with grapes from Western Switzerland represents the quintessence of À tue-tête's values.
Brewery: A Tu-Tête is a microbrewery, founded by Julien Brétheau in Aigle, Switzerland in 2017, specialized in the assembly of mixed fermented beers matured in oak barrels. Julien emphasizes the use of local fruits and vegetables in his seasonal blends.
Food: Excellent as an aperitif, with cheese or dessert.
