Style and colour: Mixed fermentation beer matured in barrels, in which Sauvignon Blanc grapes have macerated.
Flavour: The Trois Dame's barrels bring a nice acidity to the beer, underlining the delicate aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc.
Alcohol: 8% ABV
Consumption temperature: 12° - 14 C (don't drink too cold to appreciate all the flavors)
Fermentation: Collaborative assembly with the Trois Dames brewery. This assembly consists of 2/3 A Tue-Tête barrels and 1/3 Trois Dames barrels. Sauvignon Blanc - at 280g/l - macerated there for 3 months.
Brewery: A Tu-Tête is a microbrewery, founded by Julien Brétheau in Aigle, Switzerland in 2017, specialized in the assembly of mixed fermented beers matured in oak barrels. Julien emphasizes the use of local fruits and vegetables in his seasonal blends.
Food: Excellent as an aperitif, with cheese or dessert.
